A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if parts are found to have been installed, used, or do not meet the above criteria.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
An order, or a portion of an order, may be cancelled up until the time it has shipped and is no longer in our possession.
Special-order parts are parts not normally stocked and ordered specifically from the manufacturer for your vehicle. These items are marked as special order on the product page at the time of purchase.
If a cancelled part was a special order from the manufacturer, a cancellation fee of 15% of the part's price may apply. This fee reflects a restocking/return charge assessed by the manufacturer once a special order has been placed.
